Notice at collection

We collect personal data only for specific service purposes. Categories may include account identifiers, contact details, authentication data, workspace settings, approved source configuration, billing or accounting records, support messages, security logs, device and browser data, and service activity.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide the service, authenticate users, protect accounts, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, maintain reliability, meet accounting or legal obligations, and improve the product. Legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where required.

Telegram bot analytics

We use self-hosted Matomo on the TextAdviser server to understand how people use the Telegram bot and improve registration, project setup, and payment flows. Bot events use your Telegram ID as the analytics User ID and record command types, form steps, completed actions, selected plans, and payment amounts in Stars. When Telegram provides them, we also record your Telegram username, first and last names, interface language, Premium status, bot status, and attachment-menu status. Events include your TGGET account ID, interface language, configured time zone, account and subscription status, notification settings, whether email is verified and a password is configured, marketing opt-in status, registration month and account age group, project and community counts, AI-helper usage count, remaining signal allowance, and successful-payment count. We do not send message contents, email addresses, login codes, or account-link tokens to analytics. This server-side measurement does not use cookies.

When you are signed in to the website with a Telegram-linked account, website analytics uses the same Telegram ID as its User ID. We record confirmed sign-ins from the bot and carry the advertising campaign, when known, to the first cabinet page to measure the journey from an ad through the bot to the website. Login tokens are not included in analytics.

Cookies

Necessary cookies are used for login, security, session protection, and CAPTCHA flow. We use self-hosted, cookieless audience measurement when optional cookies have not been allowed. Analytics cookies are not enabled unless you allow them. See the Cookie Policy.

Disclosure

We may share data with infrastructure, hosting, email, payment, analytics, security, support, and professional-service providers where needed to operate TGGET. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect users, the service, or legal rights.

International transfers

Users may access TGGET from different countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including service operation, account security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, accounting, and backup integrity. Completed source messages are normally deleted seven days after processing; derived signals may be retained for the history period included in the customer's plan.

EU and UK privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, receive a portable copy of your data, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

US state privacy rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, receive a portable copy of personal information, opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising, and appeal a denied request. TGGET does not sell personal information.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS in production, authentication controls, session protection, role-based access, and operational logging.
