Service use

Users are responsible for using the service lawfully, configuring only approved sources, protecting account access, and avoiding misuse, spam, unauthorized collection, or harmful activity.

Availability

The service may change during development. We may limit, suspend, or update functionality to protect reliability, security, users, and the platform.

Plans and payments

The selected plan, billing period and final price are shown before payment. Payments in the Telegram bot use Telegram Stars (XTR). Lite, Start and Pro subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days at the Stars amount confirmed at checkout, until renewal is cancelled. Business and Agency 30-day plans, and all annual plans, are paid once without automatic renewal. Annual prices apply a 20% discount to twelve monthly prices and are rounded to the nearest euro. Displayed monthly equivalents are approximate. Usage limits reset each 30-day billing period for monthly plans and each calendar month from the start of an annual plan; unused allowances do not accumulate.

Automatic renewal can be cancelled in the billing section or using the bot's subscription controls. Cancellation stops future renewals, not the current paid access period. If access expires, monitoring pauses until payment is received. Tester invitations provide access without commercial plan limits but do not waive service rules, moderation or safety limits.

Payment support and refunds

For payment problems or refund requests, use /paysupport in the bot or contact admin@tgget.com with your payment reference. Approved Stars refunds are returned through Telegram. Cancelling renewal does not itself request a refund. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
